Please read these terms carefully before using Deckhouse.
Effective Date: April 14, 2026
Version: 1.0
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Deckhouse ("Service"), operated by Deckhouse ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Deckhouse is an AI-powered presentation builder that helps teams create, edit, and share professional slide decks. The Service uses artificial intelligence (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to generate and refine presentation content based on your inputs.
You must create an account to use the Service. Each account is associated with a workspace that may include multiple team members. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Workspace owners may invite team members and manage roles. You may only invite individuals who have agreed to be invited and who consent to these Terms.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or import into Deckhouse, including deck content, media files, and brand assets ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service.
When you publish a deck, it becomes accessible via a direct link. Published decks are not indexed by search engines — they are only accessible to those with the specific URL.
Content generated by the AI is provided "as-is". You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before publishing or sharing. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
The Service may connect to third-party tools and services (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Sheets, and others) through our integration platform. These integrations are governed by their own terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.
We provide a REST API for programmatic access to the Service. API keys are workspace-scoped and should be treated as confidential credentials. You are responsible for any activity performed through your API keys.
The Deckhouse platform, including its design, code, AI models integration, templates, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete individual decks at any time. Deleting a workspace permanently removes all associated data, including decks, chat history, integrations, and media files. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service and require you to accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the Service.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction — to be determined]. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of [Jurisdiction — to be determined].
